Inside Asset Academy: The Private Community I Built for Founders
Thousands of people have asked me how to get started. Asset Academy is where I answer, in a private community built around doing things the right way.

For years my inbox has been full of the same questions. How do I fix my credit? How do I get my first car on a rental platform? How do I structure an LLC? How do I move from cars into real estate? I've helped thousands of people get into the car rental space and mentored dozens of operators building four-to-eight-car fleets. At some point I realized I needed one place to answer those questions properly. That place is Asset Academy.
What Asset Academy is
Asset Academy by Zova Group is a private, members-only community on Skool for entrepreneurs who want to build and scale the right way. It's where I share the frameworks behind my own journey and where members learn alongside people working on the same problems. You can learn more and request access at Asset Academy on Skool.
It's private on purpose. Real conversations about credit, capital and business struggles are better when they aren't performed for an audience.
What we talk about
The curriculum follows the same progression I lived:
- Credit: how lenders read a profile, why business credit is separate from personal credit and how to underwrite yourself before you apply.
- Capital: using access to funding to buy productive assets, not liabilities.
- Car rentals: structure, vehicle selection, operations and the systems behind “real estate on wheels.”
- Network: hospitality as a mindset and how relationships compound.
- Real estate: how I think about land, new construction and acquisitions, and the questions to ask before any deal.
- Lifestyle with purpose: building something that takes care of your family, not just your feed.
Why I built it this way
When I started, I had no credit and spent my last few dollars on courses. Some of that education was great. Some of it came from people who didn't deserve my trust and cost me real money. I don't want the next founder to have to gamble like that just to learn the basics. Asset Academy is a paid membership, and that's deliberate: a committed, private room keeps the conversations serious and the education vetted.
Who it's for
Asset Academy is for the entrepreneur who is past the first idea but not yet satisfied with how the business works. Maybe you're working long shifts, the way I did in the oil field, and building something on the side. Maybe you have two cars on a platform and want to know how to run four properly. Maybe you're an operator ready to think about land. If you're willing to learn the boring parts, structure, credit, documentation and systems, you'll fit in.
What it isn't
It isn't hype. You won't hear me promise income, scores or overnight results. Every market, file and operator is different. What I can offer is clarity: a framework, honest feedback and a community that respects doing things the right way. Asset Academy provides education, strategy and mentorship, not legal, tax or financial advice.
Going deeper
For founders who want more structure, Zova Group also offers deeper programs through Asset Academy, including the Business Blueprint and 1:1 coaching. But the community is where everyone starts, and it's where a lot of the real growth happens: in the questions people ask each other.
How to get the most out of it
The members who grow fastest do three things. They show up with specific questions instead of general ones. They share what they're actually working on, including the parts that aren't going well. And they apply one lesson at a time instead of trying to change everything in a weekend. That's how I learned: one rule, one car, one deal at a time. A community works the same way. The more honestly you participate, the more useful it becomes for you and for everyone else in the room.

I built Asset Academy so the lessons I learned the hard way can be learned a little easier. If that's what you're looking for, request access and introduce yourself. Tell us what you're building. I'll see you inside.
