Global Acquisitions, Land and New Construction: The Next Chapter
From real estate on wheels to real estate on the ground. I'm focused on global acquisitions, land and new construction, and I'm looking for aligned partners.

For years I've described a well-run rental car fleet as “real estate on wheels.” It produces income, it requires management and it rewards discipline. The next chapter of my career takes that idea to its natural conclusion: real estate on the ground. Today my focus is global acquisitions, land and new construction.
Why land and new construction
Vehicles depreciate. Land doesn't make more of itself. Well-located land and thoughtfully built new construction can create long-term value in a way few other assets can, especially in growing markets where demand for housing, hospitality and commercial space keeps rising. Arizona, the Carolinas and Dubai each show what happens when population, capital and vision move in the same direction.
New construction also fits how I'm wired. I like building things from the ground up. I did it with a landscaping company at twelve, with Royal Rentals, with Credit Cure and with Zova Group. Development is the same process at a bigger scale: vision, structure, capital and relentless execution.
How I think about deals
My time at PNC taught me to look at the downside first. That hasn't changed as the deals get larger. Before I'm interested in any opportunity, I want clear answers to a few questions:
- Location: Is there real, durable demand here?
- Operator: Who's executing, and what's their track record?
- Structure: How is the deal organized, documented and governed?
- Capital stack: Where does each dollar sit, and what's the risk at each layer?
- Exit: How and when does capital come back, and what happens if the plan changes?
If a deal can't answer those questions on paper, it doesn't matter how good it looks in a pitch.
Who I'm looking to work with
I'm actively seeking aligned partners for this chapter:
- Real estate and land investors interested in acquisitions and new construction, domestically and internationally.
- Exotic and luxury car owners who want their vehicles professionally managed and put to work through Royal Rentals.
- Developers, brokers and operators with strong projects who value a partner with capital discipline and a hospitality mindset.
Partnership terms, including how and when distributions may be structured, are discussed privately and only with qualified parties after proper diligence and documentation. Every deal is different. Past results don't predict future outcomes, and every investment carries risk, including the potential loss of capital.
Zova Group: making investment and acquisitions easier
Zova Group is where much of this work lives. We provide strategic business consulting, capital solutions and investment-readiness support, helping entrepreneurs, investors and companies line up vision, funding and execution. The goal is simple: make investment and acquisitions clearer and easier for serious people.
Dubai and the global lens
My relationships in Dubai, spanning real estate and an automotive repair and rental operation in Business Bay, give me a global lens on this work. Dubai is one of the clearest examples in the world of how ambitious development and luxury hospitality reinforce each other. Those lessons travel.
Discipline over hype
You won't hear me promise numbers on social media, and you shouldn't trust anyone who does. Serious investors expect underwriting, documentation and honest conversation about risk. I'd rather walk away from a deal than oversell one. That approach protects my partners, protects my reputation, and in the long run it's the only way to build the kind of track record that attracts larger, better opportunities.
Let's talk, the right way
If you're an investor, land owner, developer or exotic car owner who values discretion and long-term thinking, I'd like to hear from you. Start with a conversation. The details come after we both know it's a fit.
